Is it Time to Unplug?

When was the last time you took a meaningful break from all of the noise?

I think we have all experienced the benefits of unplugging a machine, letting it rest for a minute, and plugging it back in to find whatever the problem was has been solved. We reboot our phones, TV’s, computers, tablets, and it usually always fixes the problem. But what about ourselves?

When was the last time you Unplugged? We all need time to reset our bodies and minds to keep them working at peak performance.

I encourage you to carve out time each day, even if it is only for a few minutes, to unplug and just be present. The benefits can significantly increase the quality of your life.
