Held September 23–27, when the beaches are quieter, the air is gentler, and life feels more settled, this intimate women’s retreat in the Outer Banks offers space to rest, reflect, and reset before the pace of the season picks up again.
You’ll spend several nourishing days in a beautifully renovated, private ocean-view home in Corolla, designed for comfort, connection, and ease. Expect spacious mornings, grounding practices, meaningful conversation, laughter, stillness, and time to simply be.
The Experience
This retreat blends soulful wellness with relaxed coastal living. Our days will include gentle guided practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, EFT/tapping, journaling, visualization, and sound healing — all thoughtfully paced to support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.
A few private-chef meals will be shared together in the kitchen and on the balconies, while personal time is intentionally built in so you can rest, explore, or enjoy meals on your own. Evenings invite ease and connection — whether soaking in the hot tub, watching the sunset, or enjoying the home’s movie and game room.
One of the highlights of the retreat is a Beautiful Wild Horse Tour, where we’ll witness Corolla’s legendary wild horses roaming freely along the beach — a truly memorable and grounding experience.
For those who enjoy a little adventure or exploration, golf and shopping are also available nearby during personal time.
The Home
Located within the private Currituck Club community, the retreat is hosted in a luxurious coastal oasis featuring eight beautifully appointed bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Serene king suites with private, spa-like baths and a cozy bunk room with its own bathroom offer comfort and privacy for every guest. Expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, multiple decks, a pool, hot tub, and breathtaking soundfront views and sunsets create an atmosphere designed for deep relaxation and ease — while a private theater room and game room add a touch of fun and lighthearted connection to the experience.

Investment ranges from $1,950–$2,850, depending on room selection.

Travel to and from the Outer Banks is not included.
