Emotions are part of being human—coping is the skill that helps us move through them. This 90-minute workshop focuses on building emotional fitness through practical coping strategies, emotional awareness, and resilience-building tools. Participants will learn how to respond to stress and emotional discomfort with greater confidence and flexibility, using skills that can be applied in everyday life. The emphasis is on progress over perfection and learning how to work with emotions rather than trying to control or avoid them.

Emotional fitness is the ability to understand, work with, and respond to your emotions in ways that build resilience, flexibility, and long-term well-being.

Ambiguous Loss: How to Live with your New Normal

Not all losses are clear or complete. This two-hour workshop offers a compassionate, supportive space to explore ambiguous loss and the emotional challenges that come with living in a “new normal.” Participants will gain understanding, validation, and practical tools to help cope with uncertainty, grief, and change—while learning how to move forward with meaning, resilience, and self-compassion.

Note: Ambiguous loss is a type of loss that doesn’t come with closure or a clear ending, which can make it hard to name, grieve, or even understand. It often happens when life, our body, a relationship, or the way we once understood something changes or feels absent—but isn’t fully gone.

The Heart Reset is a special February meditation and sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your heart.
This 60-minute, heart-chakra-centered evening offers a quiet, restorative pause in the middle of the week — a chance to release emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and return to a sense of inner balance. The experience includes: Gentle grounding and intention setting A guided meditation focused on the heart chakra Extended sound healing using crystal bowls and calming instruments A small take-home heart reminder to anchor the experience This is an intentionally quiet space.
